When working with Wendy to find our forever home I never thought I would not only be working with an amazing realtor, but in the end also come out with a new friend. Wendy was there for us from beginning to end and she always had the answers to our questions and when she didn’t, she researched and got the answer. Wendy made our process of buying our forever home easier and when mortgage questions arises or papers were due, Wendy stepped in there as well to make sure all papers were accounted for so that we could close on time. A 30 day close is almost near impossible now a days, but Wendy was a pivotal person in our adventure and helped us close in that 30 days. Wendy is very personable. She always answered my calls and if she couldn't she would text me and call me back. She is very knowledgeable of the selling/purchasing details. She walked me through the process making me feel very comfortable. I asked her for advice on contractors, plumbers etc in the area that were honest and affordable and she was very helpful! She even patched a hole in the closet and offered to help me with some things. We still reach out and to each other til this day to see how the other is doing. I couldn't be happier with how the purchase and sale went!!
