Wendy is very personable. She always answered my calls and if she couldn't she would text me and call me back. She is very knowledgeable of the selling/purchasing details. She walked me through the process making me feel very comfortable. I asked her for advice on contractors, plumbers etc in the area that were honest and affordable and she was very helpful! She even patched a hole in the closet and offered to help me with some things. We still reach out and to each other til this day to see how the other is doing.
